A minimum of 48 hour notice required for reschedule or cancellation of all treatments.

A £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking any treatment. This will be deducted from the final cost of the treatment.

If less than 48 hours notice is given to reschedule an appointment  the deposit will be retained. A further deposit will be required to reschedule to a future date.

The deposit will not be refunded for cancellation of treatments.

If a client wishes to reschedule an appointment, the next available date will be offered. If this is outside of the 6 to 12 weeks that top up appointments are offered, this may result in the need for a further appointment. This will be chargeable at a cost of between £50 and £150 depending on the amount of work involved and the amount of time lapsed. After 16 weeks has elapsed since the original appointment, top ups will no longer be permitted and alternative pricing comes into effect.
